Bought fabulous R. Macintosh inspired earrings. They had not arrived 3 weeks after I had received the shipping notification and so I was worried they were lost. Marilyn did not hesitate to arrange for a second shipment at no charge. As it turns out this was not necessary as the original pair arrived the day after I had talked to Marilyn. Five stars for great customer service.
